Hello. I came across your comment about Cesky Krumlov on Trip Advisor. We (myself, my 19 year old son and 24 year old daughter) are spending 8 days, mid-June, in Prague, including a day trip to Terezinstaadt. We are considering including an overnight to Cesky Krumlov. I am curious whether you consider the village to be so touristic that you would recommend against it? We are fine with a fair number of tourists, but not if it is so overcrowded that the streets are full, etc..

Cesky Krumlov is touristic but stunning. There will always be day tripping crowds from 10 am to 4 pm and the small town can get crowded but if u spend a night like you plan to then u can see Krumlov at it’s best after 6pm when it’s beautifully lit up and early morning before 9 am. I would recommend staying a night in Krumlov and never recommend doing a day trip from Prague.
Hope that helps!
